VitaGanza determined that it could best serve its customers by carrying only a few of the highest quality products designed for resolving the root cause of health issues. Therefore, VitaGanza no longer carries hundreds of lines of products that confuse shoppers, but rather, only specific products intended to meet exact health issue(s).

When will I be charged for my purchases?
Ordinarily, VitaGanza will charge your credit card the day your merchandise ships. This should be within two business days of
ordering.

VitaGanza accepts two credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.

If sending a check, please be sure to include your shipping address and telephone number. We are able to ship to your place of business or home address (no post office boxes please). VitaGanza employs the latest technology to insure that your purchase history, personal and credit card information are completely secure. You will notice on your bill that all but a few numbers of your credit card number are
"X"s. VitaGanza also does not keep track of any purchasing history or credit card information; this preserves your privacy in all areas. Further, VitaGanza will never sell your name, address, telephone number or any other information you provide, for marketers, credit companies or any other
enterprise.

How do I use the coupon?
If you have become a VitaGanza.com Club Member by signing up for VitaGanza’s newsletters, the Webmaster sent you a coupon code, which you should keep available each time you shop at www.vitaganza.com. If you misplace the coupon code, of if the coupon prompt is not working properly, please email us at customerservice@vitaganza.com and be sure to describe the difficulty you are having.

When will credits appear on my account?
Credits and charges should be accessible within 48 hours of purchasing, receipt of any returns or correcting an order. This is subject to the practices of your credit card carrier.

When will my order ship?
Ordinarily, your order will ship the day we receive your request or within two business days. You should receive notification of shipping by email.

When will my backorder ship?
Backordered items ordinarily ship within 7 days of ordering but this depends upon the manufacturer's availability. You should receive confirmation by email.

What are my shipping rates?
Ordinarily, VitaGanza ships only to street addresses by UPS Ground. If Overnight or Second Day shipping is preferred, please call for rates and order by telephone. Shipping charges are $8.00 (Standard Ground) within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated under product description (certain products may cost more to ship due to oversize, overweight or other fees assessed in your state). 2nd day and Overnight deliveries shipping rates are extra.
United Parcel Service does not deliver on Saturdays without significant additional charges and even with that, we have observed that UPS usually does not deliver, even when shipments are marked for Saturday delivery. Therefore, if Overnight Shipping is chosen for purchases made after 2PM Thursday or anytime Friday, the earliest your package will arrive is Monday. If 2nd Day Shipping is chosen, for purchases made after 2PM Wednesday, the earliest your package will arrive is Monday. If you wish Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping under either of these circumstances, VitaGanza must deliver through a difference shipper and, under this circumstance, customers must call to place their orders directly through VitaGanza’s Customer Service Department at 1-866-464-2692.
Regardless of purchase total, shipping charges shall be levied to Alaska and Hawaii, based upon weight, size and the prevailing UPS rates (or
USPS, if UPS does not deliver to the requested area).
All other destinations, including U.S. Territories, shall be computed as International Orders. International orders will ship via USPS and shipping charges shall be levied based upon weight, size, prevailing USPS rates and will include Customs Paperwork. To determine the proper rate, please estimate the weight and check the rates at http://ircalc.usps.gov/. We must charge your credit card separately from purchase for international shipping. You will receive two receipts.
Note: All shipping is subject to change based upon prevailing UPS Ground and/or USPS increases or exceptions.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Residents of California must pay the prevailing sales tax amount in existence at the time of credit card charges. Residents outside of California do not pay sales tax at this time.

You may email us at customerservice@vitaganza.com and relay your concerns for prompt correction or clarification. You may expect a response within two business days. Errors in your favor shall be credited to your credit card (VitaGanza will request your credit card number and expiration date for this purpose) and you will receive notification of this transaction within 48
hours.

My order never
arrived.
Please email us at customerservice@vitaganza.com and VitaGanza will track the package(s) then notify you of status. Or, you may track the package yourself, using the tracking number provided to you when the package shipped. Go to UPS.com and follow the instructions for tracking a
package.

What is VitaGanza's return policy?
Refunds will only be
issued when customers return unopened products purchased from
VitaGanza.com, with the receipt, within 30 days of delivery. Include the VISA or MasterCard number (include expiration date) used to purchase the items. Only your valid credit card will be refunded and you will be notified by email.
There are no refunds for opened products or for perishable items.
A restocking fee of 15%,
will be deducted from the refund amount, for all returns.

What should I do if I move?
When you purchase merchandise, enter your email address and password. This will access your account information and you may update it at that time. Also, please note the comments section during checkout that your address changed or send a separate email of this confirmation to avoid delays or oversights.
